Hop to it and get to the Mill Race Banquet Center for Easter Brunch in the Park.  Start a new family tradition and join us for a fabulous Easter Sunday Brunch.  Our buffet offers over 25 items, carving station and made to order omelettes.  Our staff prepares a variety of fresh salads, pastries, desserts and all the traditional Sunday Brunch favorites.

Menu: Buffet featuring Carved Dry Aged Prime Rib with Au Jus, Smoked Virginia Ham with Apple Cinnamon Compote, Sliced Turkey Breast with Stuffing, Made to Order Omelette Station, Scrambled Eggs, French Toast Casserole, Belgian Waffles with Warm Syrup and Cherry Topping, Smoked Bacon and Sausage, Breakfast Potato, Biscuits and Gravy, Fried Geotta, Roasted Mixed Vegetables, Red Skin Mashed Potatoes with Gravy, Vegetable Lasagna, Chicken Nuggets and Green Beans.  A fresh fruit display will also be served, along with Assorted Muffins, Bagels and Danish, Breakfast Pound Cake, Garden Salad, Yogurt and Cookies, Cakes and Pies.

Bottomless Cups of Coffee, Hot Chocolate, Tea, Milk, assorted Fruit Juices and Soft Drinks.
