Embshoff Woods Embshoff Woods History: Embshoff Woods opened in May 1982 after much of the land was generously donated by George and Margaret Embshoff, who wanted their property preserved in a natural state. Nearly 90% of this Embshoff Woods offers a Parcours Fitness Trail, a Frisbee golf course and a playground. Picnickers may enjoy numerous picnic areas and shelters and River Mount Pavilion.  |
