Steamboat Bend is conveniently located in 1,030 acre Woodland Mound on the east side of Cincinnati near the intersection of Route 52 and Nine Mile Road. Only 20 minutes from downtown Cincinnati and five minutes from the Riverbend Music Center, this beautiful campground sits on the shores of the scenic Ohio River and features 55 tree-lined campsites, many with a panoramic view. Each site features water and 30 amp electric hookups, picnic table and fire ring. There is also a sanitary dump station located within the campground for registered campers use. Camping at Steamboat Bend is permitted only for self-contained trailers or recreational vehicles with paid, advance reservations. Rentals are available on a monthly or weekly basis. Telephone and cable hookups are available on each site by contracting with the local service providers. Nightly rentals and first-come, first-served rentals are not available at this time.

Steamboat Bend Campground Rules

Weekly rentals are $130, monthly rentals are $385 and seasonal rentals are $2,310. Telephone or in-person reservations are accepted at the Winton Woods Campground Office (513-851-2267) beginning February 26, 2010. Weekly camping fees are due at the time reservations are placed. Monthly campers may pay their camping fee one month at a time, with the first month due when the reservation is placed. Subsequent monthly rental fees are due seven days prior to the beginning of the next monthly period. Seasonal campers may pay their fee in four equal payments. Weekly and monthly campers can only be assigned a specific site within two weeks prior to their check-in date. Reservations are refundable 30 days or more in advance of check-in. A campground credit (good for one year) is also available. For cancellations from 29 days to 48 hours, refunds are not available, but a campground credit will be issued. For cancellations of less than 48 hours from check-in, there is no credit or refund given.

A Motor Vehicle Permit is required to the park ($5.00 annual, $2.00 daily).

From I-275, take the Route 52 exit and proceed east on Route 52 to the intersection of Nine Mile Road. Steamboat Drive will be located on the right and leads to the campground entrance.
